@annmichaelmaye: THE RYE-RA BREAD 🍞 Aka recipe two of Breaderment by @Bettermenthq This one is nutritious, delicious, and filled with retirement savings puns. You could say patience is a little rye-warding. Full recipe below. 😉👇 THE RYE-RA BREAD 🍞 Makes 1 loaf INGREDIENTS • 240g bread flour • 180g rye flour • 2¼ tsp instant yeast • 1½ tsp salt • 1 tbsp molasses • 300g warm water • 1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Mix the bread flour, rye flour, yeast and salt. Add molasses and warm water, then mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours). The next day, shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 1–2 hours, until puffy. Bake at 375°F for 35–45 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Let cool before slicing and enjoy! 🍞
