I can’t put this in a way that sounds fancy, but the rise of this has made me not like Disney content as much. There is something very othering about it. If you don’t look a certain way and buy the latest trending items, you are still seen as a Disney adult. Not just with Disney, but I have noticed this with many fandom types over the years.
