@mrclean69966996: We had the opportunity to enjoy a little local “Trunk or Treat” event at one of our community churches on Friday! It was wonderful seeing family and friends while being mindful of LeAnna’s needs and ensuring she didn’t become overstimulated. Beyond the fun and excitement, this was another valuable opportunity for LeAnna to practice and strengthen important everyday skills. From using complete sentences and engaging in conversations with others to walking, socializing, and interacting with those around her, every experience provides an opportunity for growth. Sometimes, the simplest outings create the greatest learning opportunities.
