everything is made with love, and what they would feed their own family! Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, their carne asada is marinated for 24 hours, they’re busy slow cooked for six hours! There’s also plenty of seating inside and on the patio

The owners have been in the restaurant game for over two decades, they really want to open up a Mexican taco spot using his grandmother’s recipes, so these are legit salsas & tortillas! My favorite salsa was the habanero

Maiz Mama is located just 10 minutes from the Strip and offers three different freshly made aqua frescas daily, and every Tuesday is taco Tuesday where you can get unlimited tacos for $2.45! 🌮

Their name is “maiz” but the corn they have is mid. They charged 3.75 for grilled veggies 😂 a burrito and a bowl was $40 bucks. The birria tasted like La bonita birria. Not hating, just saying cuz we really need to be honest with these reviews when people are spending their own money & not being sponsored.
