@ramon_leon_spe: If Nick Sirianni is officially shown the door after this season, I believe Mike Tomlin as head coach and Shane Steichen as offensive coordinator would be an absolute home-run combination for the Philadelphia Eagles. Tomlin brings the leadership, discipline, accountability, and experience this locker room desperately needs. He’s a proven winner who knows how to command a locker room, get the most out of his players, and build a culture around toughness and accountability. This Eagles team needs a strong voice who can bring everybody back together. Then there’s Shane Steichen. With the expectation that the Indianapolis Colts will be moving on from him after the season, Howie Roseman should be making that phone call immediately. Steichen already knows this organization, understands Jalen Hurts, and has experience building an offense around his strengths. We saw what he was capable of during his time in Philadelphia, and his return could be exactly what this offense needs. Tomlin sets the culture. Steichen fixes the offense. That’s a combination I would absolutely get behind. The Philadelphia Eagles don’t need to blow everything up, but they desperately need a new direction, fresh leadership, and an offensive identity. If Sirianni’s time in Philadelphia is officially over, this is a coaching staff I’d love to see Howie Roseman pursue. GO BIRDS‼️💚🦅 #birdgang #philly #philadelphiaeagles #nfl #flyeagleslfy
