What happens if someone is allowed for no reason too carry over ( annual leave ) but the next person ( employ ) is refused? is there a case? ie is the precedent set ? cheers.

are you still entitled to 28 days if you've been off sick when company contract states only 10 days carry over?

What I don't understand, is if you quit with leave owing you get it in pay. Surely if you have, leave left at the end of the working year it would be carried over or paid as extra.....as long as you take the legal requirement.
