@hopedealer74: One of my biggest fears as a mother isn't what the world might do to my daughters. It's what their own minds might put them through. 💔 Because I know that darkness. I've lived it. I've watched mental illness destroy people I love, and the thought of my girls ever experiencing that same pain absolutely terrifies me. I pray they inherit my strength, my compassion, and my ability to keep going when life gets hard. But I pray even harder that they never inherit the battles I've fought inside my own head. I can't change genetics or protect them from every struggle. But if those battles ever find their way to my girls, they'll have a mother who understands. One who listens without judgment, loves without conditions, and will fight like hell to make sure they never feel alone. Mental illness has taken enough from our family.
