@leesolomonbeyondweather: These are the highest water temperature anomalies in northern California I've seen from this El Niño, since I started tracking them this summer. I don't know if they will go any higher. To be clear, actual water temperatures in southern California may have dropped a little since the summer, which would be normal as we get later into fall. But water temps are not cooling off as quickly as they should, so anomalies are staying the same or, in northern California’s case, increasing. What are your thoughts on this year's El Niño? #ELNINO
