I do this loot run but I also hit the clinic at dead town first and the underground holding area then after all bunkers I go hit any fire station, clinics or police station left on the North Korea side

I've done this run over 12 times and I have yet to find a weapon manual. repeated again 11/01/26. anywhere in this damn game. find stim recipes daily though 💀
