Single, grew up in Centreville. Making 130k a year. Living in a condo I bought in 2019 with a $1680 mortgage + $330 hoa, with a roommate, and I'm paycheck to paycheck. I do order food in once or twice a week, and I have to pay 7k tolls to get to work. $500 car payment.

What i like to look at is what previous owners paid 🫠 i saw a townhouse in Springfield Virginia 500,000 with no updates guess what they paid 300k in 2020

Why would u consider the medium income of the area when receding to Gen Z I don’t believe the medium income of a <30 year old in the area is north of 150 k maybe for a well off couple.
