@openkitchen_nyc: On October 28, 2026, inspectors cited Lucky Coming at 2387 Washington Avenue in the Bronx for live roaches and signs of mice. The Chinese restaurant also had hot food held below 140°F and food-contact surfaces not properly washed, rinsed and sanitized. Five of eight findings were marked critical by NYC.
