@myfrequencies: There's something fascinating about exploring the space between being awake and falling asleep. Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a practice rooted in ancient Indian traditions that uses deep relaxation, body awareness, and guided meditation to explore this boundary. Research suggests it may improve relaxation and sleep, although the science is still developing. What interests me most is the possibility of experiencing deep stillness without completely losing awareness. Have you ever felt your body drifting into sleep while your mind was still conscious? 🌙 ##YogaNidra##MeditationPractice##Consciousness##SpiritualAwakening##AncientWi
Oh wow. I was practicing Reiki I on my sister and she was awake but she had seen our brother-in-law, whom has passed away and now is one of our Ancestors, appeared at the end of the session. She has only seen him in dreams. This relates to this?

This is ableist. As a neurodivergent, I can use Breathwork to become unconscious and observe the dream state.
