@doctor.j.1: Why does your brain bring back embarrassing moments from years ago? One way to reduce their emotional power is to deliberately recall them and remind yourself that they’re no longer a threat. Repeatedly remembering an event without reacting to it may help your brain learn that the danger is over. You can’t change the past, but you can change how it makes you feel. #Neuroscience #PsychologyFacts #BrainScience #EmbarrassingMemories #MentalHealth
That’s me every single day maybe 2 or 3 times a day I think of things that I did or said it could have been 20-30 years ago and it’s like it’s happened today. I think I walk around with regret so bad that it just pops in my head all the time it makes me feel creepy or gives me this feeling like why did I do that? Why did I say that and I don’t know how to shake it. But thank you, your friend John. and like you said people I started to or did it to could be dead or nobody would remember it but me and it still makes me feel horrible.

Kudjoe Adkins-Battle :
I remember everything. Every slight every celebration. I had to do as you said. I realized that most people don’t remember it like I do. Sometimes people think I think or thought more of them than I do. I remember the first time I met most people I know.
