Didn't they plan to use the FP 7 as the basis for a Patriot replacement?

Alex :
Makes sense skip what you basically already have in a way of a drone which you can get more of and just focus on the FP9 which will be better anyway. Making smart choices about their money.

They shelved the FP-5, And they shelving the FP-7?😳 DAFUQ? cuz it's a part of the European air defense system where FP-7X(Not too much diff)FREYA,said that they already had done their part of the AD system for Europe.. Both FP-7 and FP-9 have diffrent uses.. FirePoint as a company wouldn't exist here due to the corruption suspicions and promises they cannot hold . If they're only gonna use drones ,say so. What about the investments that went into it from western,European partners mostly.

Please remember... unlike the Europeans, T-rump's admin has held-up/ cut funding, restricted use of weapon systems.... So Ukraine have to plan budgets and development plans assuming minimum funds... It's all about "more bang for bucks..".

Ukraine can hit targets at will. They need to focus on an ABM missile.
