Saw on your last post you've been using a gel heat pack and reheating in the microwave. I swear by these if you can get them. Has to be the 12hr ones (not 10) They truly do last the 12hrs and are a handy size. I tend to use them for my arthritis and period pain but you could definitely put one under your arm too.
