no customer supplied materials except in limited circumstances with my approval. if you want plans im working on, you pay before i hand over anything. if we do the job, basic plans are free. strict payment contractual obligations. unforseen circumstances clauses. business hours enforced by turning my phone off. clear change order terms and contractual terms of up front payment for changes.
