@anna..papalia: ⬇️ Get an Interviewology Profile for a list of questions to ask HR reps and Hiring Managers on page 23! At the end of the job interview, they are going to say, “Do you have any questions for us?” You need to have questions prepared to ask them.   🧐 Did you know that not all questions are created equal?   ❌ Don’t ask the HR person about day-to-day responsibilities of the position because they don’t know   ❌ Don’t ask the hiring manager about company culture or next steps in the interview process.  ✅ Instead ask them about next steps in the interview process, where this position will lead for a top performer and tell them you’re actively interviewing. 🎯Get an Interviewology Profile for a list of questions to ask HR reps and Hiring Managers on page 23. #jobinterview #interview #corporate #interviewquestions

Asking "What does success look like in this role?" at the end of an interview always leaves a great impression.

Idk I always just say “well I mean I did have some questions but you’ve been so thorough you’ve answered them all”

I walked into a restaurant to say hi to my friend and walked out with a job 😟 I didn't even have a cv and I was hired on the spot after a 5 minute interview 💔

This is real, as an interviewer it’s not an automatic “no” if there are no questions, but if someone has good, thoughtful questions then that will absolutely set them apart. You can even use AI to generate some in this day and age. Having none shows me you haven’t done research or aren’t interested enough to want to clarify at least one thing about a place you don’t work for yet.

Can you talk about facial hair, do and don’t during a job interview? Mustache vs beard?

Does it depend on the size of the company? I’ve never had more than one interview

Why do you need to have more than one interview? Do the people working in the company communicate with each other about who they want to hire? It just makes me less interested in the job🤷🏻‍♀️

Believe it, the decision was made before you entered the company. Calling you for an interview is part of their protocol. Even if you ask a 100 of questions, they won’t choose you.
