I think it’s important to be able to vent. Especially in a high stress environment like dental. What’s also important is balancing and praising more than complaining. I catch myself complaining too much sometimes and I’ll redirect my energy towards being positive. Unless you’re in a toxic office around toxic people than you probably have reason LOL! Also important to find trusted peeps that will “listen and not judge” 🫶🏻
