A few years ago, I was waiting in a very long line at Marshall’s, and some dad with two small kids took out his phone and told them he was going to call Santa because they were acting so badly. One kid says ‘you don’t even have Santa’s number’. Literally everyone in line: I have Santa’s number, I’ll send it to you. Hi Santa, yes, I see him. I know, right? Yes, his dad is calling you now. Ok bye. You have never seen such terrified kids 😂

I was never getting an elf. Until my kid came home from school crying because every other kindergartener had a freaking elf. Ours showed up the next day 😒

I tell my kid that the alarm from the freezer door being left open at Walmart (one in the back) is the bad kid alarm and if he doesnt straighten up, someone will take him 😅

One time around Christmas my brothers and I were behaving terribly, and while we were decorating our tree, my older brother and I found an ornament that still had a stock photo in it. We asked our parents who the little boy in the picture was and without missing a beat they go ‘oh that’s Brian, your older brother, we gave him up because he was really bad’ lmao they had us believing for YEARS we had another brother.
