You can’t sit on your meditation pillow, send love and light, and think you’ve done your part. There. I said it. I believe in energy. I believe in prayer. I believe in manifestation, intuition, and the power of collective consciousness. I’m a psychic medium, for crying out loud. And I also believe that spirituality without action can become a really convenient way to avoid responsibility. You want a more compassionate world? A world where people are treated with dignity? Where our communities are supported and our voices matter? Then we have to participate in the world we’re asking the universe to change. Because we’re not just souls floating around in the ethers. We’re humans. Living on Earth. Right now. And the decisions being made here have real consequences for real people. Your meditation practice matters. Your prayers matter. Your energy matters. But none of those things can cast your ballot for you. I walked mine to the drop box. Not because I think voting fixes everything. Because I refuse to confuse hoping for change with participating in it. You can be spiritual as hell and still have to do the earthly work. #Vote2026 #SpiritualityAndAction #LoveAndLightIsNotEnough #CivicEngagement #SpiritualAccountability - @brendawinkle111
