He shouldn't need to flop or appeal on the pitch to receive a penalty. that's why they have 100 cameras everywhere so VAR can do its job and check situations like these. Vini pulled the hair of a Villareal defender, but the defender didn't need to flop or even appeal to the ref to get get Vini sent off. Why? because VAR did their job.

People need to actually look into some of the VAR decisions that have gone against Liverpool since it was brought in. Every big game there’s a massive one against them it’s mental. Liverpool have only been awarded 2 pens from VAR since it was brought in. Think about that for a second. Chelsea btw have 15 in that same time period

All throughout the game incidences happened that could have costed either teams. Nyoni commits two bookable offences and goes free. Isak is pulled. Barcola commits a yellow card foul and then descents that's another yellow card, I've seen Martinelli and Trossard get double yellow cards from Michael Oliver for similar scenarios
