Toured this during Parade of Homes, hands down the gem of the tour. You skipped that indoor water feature my guy! Plus the movie theatre room, gym, indoor AND outdoor saunas, etc. So much inside and outside to see, every design choice was impeccable. My understanding is the price included all furnishings also. And people complaining this is the Falls, I swore it was in Brookfield. Perhaps just on the border there? It’s not far from Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex. In a high end neighborhood.
