if your speedometer isn't working, and you are driving a manual transmission car. 50Km/hr is usually around the 3rd gear. Anything above 3rd gear, you will do more than 50Km/hr.

ACP Kwaku OBENG made mention in one of his interviews that a 10kmh speed limit has been added too all limits, and now someone has received a ticket and was stated that he was doing 68kmh in a 50kmh zone , so does that mean the limit still remains the same if that’s so then they should let us know cause if you tell me I can do 60 and later I get a ticket saying it was rather 50 kmh I feel it’s wrong
