Wear lots of layers for the chiller cuz other than that it’s fine the freezer sucks and it’s mandatory but the two hours go by fast I promise it’s not as bad as it sounds I love my grocery warehouse

It’s pretty decent tbh, freezer is cold asf gotta be in there for 2 hours and chiller has its days where it’s either really cold or it’s manageable

sooooo i’m sure it’s different everywhere but there’s outbound, inbound, and icqa. out is just picking, problem solving, and. batching. And inbound is hell. once you learn it they never take you out the freezer. It’s basically stocking. Icqa is counting, quality, and taking out the bad stuff. you’ll be walking sooooo much.

It’s easy. Batching will have you sore! I lost 25lbs lol i did everything in there.but be prepared to be in the cold!! And personally for my site i did not go in the freezer everyday. But when you are new they will put you more frequently. Especially on overnights. It’s a lot of receiving in freezer and chill. But I know you are working mornings.

Oh you’ll be walking alright 🤣🤣🤣 and they gonna make you go in the freezer for 2 hours every shift. Different warehouses are different though cause I worked at one where they didn’t really start sending me in the freezer consistently until I was there a few months. But the one I worked at last year had me in the freezer the first day onward and I only lasted 4 days because I hate the freezer lol. It’s not bad though! Basically grocery shopping for people the whole time
