@sahrasantillan: I attended church this Sunday at Calvary Chapel Chino Valley, and on my way out of the room volunteers were handing out voter guides & resources. As I looked through the San Bernardino County Voter Guide they handed, I noticed a clear preference for Republican candidates and recommendations on propositions benefiting the rich. What concerns me is the use of religious spaces to promote political agendas and distribute what I perceive as partisan propaganda to churchgoers. Faith should encourage independent thought, not dictate political allegiance. Everyone is entitled to their own political beliefs, values, and opinions- however PLEASE do your own research before voting! 🗳️ Read about the candidates, understand what each proposition actually does, consider who benefits, & consult multiple credible sources. Don’t let a voter guide, political party, religious institution, make your decisions for you without doing your research. We need more independent thinking, transparency, and informed voters. Our decisions affect the future of our communities and our country!! Let’s think critically. Ask questions. & Stay informed. #vote #midtermelections
