And the jobs themselves aren’t any better(at least in my experience of just my first day) ive finally found a job and it’s a seasonal job but omg idk if ill ever be able to have work there because its the biggest mess ever. The induction was ok (except the fact that I don’t even know how to do anything because they only showed us how to do one thing) but today (Monday) was ment to be my first day they told me in person on the induction and it’s shown on the website with my shifts so I went and I came a few minutes early and I go to sign in and the entire table isn’t there so I find someone to help me and they take me with a few other people to this room and we wait because nobody knows what is happening the manager comes asks us a few questions because she also doesn’t know what is happening and then go to get someone else then someone else comes asks us again a few questions and then without telling us anything he right our names down and the he tell us he doesn’t know what happened but that today only 15 people were ment to come in and we should only come in if the website with our shifts shows us but not if someone told us to(btw there was like 10 people there and only 2 of those people didn’t have on the shift website that they are ment to come in today) and that all of us need to go home but we should have work tomorrow (so they sent out shift to 23 people but there was only work for 15 also on the induction they said that on every shift 600 people will be working so idk how do they only have work for 15 people) they changed my shift for this week to start 30 minutes later than the original time and I really hope tomorrow will be better than today (also idk who on earth did the shift because except for the first 2 weeks I’m sighed up to work every single day)
