I’m on 350 extended release. Take it in the morning as it can kinda ramp you up a little. I’ve been on this for years! Decade plus even. This medication has helped me so much. Just evens everything for me.

It will destroy you stomach if you take it often . Get blood work to see what you’re deficient in.

It did help me quit smoking for about 2 months. Is it for smoking, or depression? My dr told me it would help with both. Well, I still smoke. It's my only nasty habit. Depression? Honestly, I felt better praying then taking a pill. Good luck and take care of you!!
