I only install used parts if the customer supplies them. This is becuase if they fail not my problem. They can pay labor again. They can deal with the supplier and I will work with other customers making money

a set of stubby 12 points fixes your audi issue in a heart beat. and you got a cvt from the junk yard for the kia that’s setting yourself up for failure…things are too fragile…also make sure it’s getting filled properly with the EXACT amount and correct fluid it calls for. i’ve seen under and over fill cause problems and feel awful

I have had to change ONE transmission in my life and that was on a 2011 Camry LE. fuck the CV axle bearing retainer/brace. the bearing was basically rust welded to that retainer on the back side of the engine. I actually had to cut the metal itself to relieve pressure so I could get the axle out.
