What position do you hold within our organization? What exactly does that mean in our business environment? Grandma didnt like me either

I did a no call no show on accident. no one showed me where the schedule was and it was my first "regular" job (I coached gymnastics before and our schedules were different) I apologized and figured out my schedule and it never happened again.
