Re-trial - with charges of 2nd degree vs 1st, which still makes her accountable for her atrocities while taking into account any MH issues. If no retrial will bring on an entire new precedent, which is quite dangerous, in my opinion, for future cases. I can say, if I was the lone juror I’d sue Reddington. This judge is probably like, why didn’t I retire earlier. Lol

Así lo hagan todo el juicio cae porque simplemente el jurado debió ser otro y no se sabe si el otro hubiera dicho otra cosa así que tendría que investigar a todos los jurados también así que eso no influye si ella es culpable penal o no igualito irán a otro juicio 😌
