this is how I ended up with 4 kids 😆 but seriously the high you get from that day is better than any drug in existence. I am currently 5 days postpartum and I am devastated I will never get to experience it again.

I truly love this for people. For me both times it was the worst most miserable experience of my life and both births were horrible and painful. I am more thankful than I can put into words that I carried my children and we are all fine. But the trauma I have from pregnancy & birth is so real. I never want/could experience that again.

Both my births were wonderful, too. I was also very physically active during my pregnancy, so that helped a lot. I was also careful about what I ate, and never followed “eating for two.” I ate when I was hungry.

My kids are 20, 18,14 and 12 & to this day I can still feel that feeling that you get when your baby is delivered and laid on you for the first time.I tear up just typing it, there's literally nothing else in this world like it.
