@dr.heim: Anterior pelvic tilt? 👀 Let’s talk about how you’re sleeping! 💤 If you’re a side sleeper and your top leg constantly falls forward, your pelvis and lower back may be rotating more than you realize. That’s where a supportive body pillow comes in! 🤍 Placing a body pillow between your knees and legs can help keep your hips stacked, support a more neutral spinal position, and make side sleeping more comfortable. Sometimes it’s the little adjustments that make the biggest difference! 🙌 #AnteriorPelvicTilt #BodyPillow #SleepPosture #ChiropractorTips #HealthySleep Disclaimer: This content is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or correct anterior pelvic tilt or any medical condition. Body pillows may provide positional support and comfort, but individual results vary.
Ummm I feel spied on, this was all too accurate and I have the pillow. Using it differently than she showed, which might be the issue. 😑

Yeah but what happens when they fuse your spine to your pelvis but when they fused it, one side was tilted and one wasn’t so now it’s just fused that way. It hurts SO BAD. One leg also looks/seems longer than the other now

I switch sides and lay on my back at various points of the night. There’s no way this would stay put on the bed.😅
