In California they didn’t pay out all vacation accrued time and sick days, to some of the buyout drivers. There is an ongoing case right now.

I was a UPS driver and always had seasonal helpers who worked during lunch time

Okay.. This doesn’t make no sense.. so ups was making seasonal workers work before clocking in.? So that can’t be a seasonal driver.. so that have to a hub worker. So a hub worker doesn’t take lunch breaks. That’s the whole in the story. We take 10 breaks… 2nd off. How is seasonal workers underpaid? When the drivers starts off at 23. And the hub workers start off at 21. That’s the 2nd whole in the story.. and if they’re not getting paid OT. Then they should be talking to full time supervisors. Or the on road supervisor… it’s to many wholes in the story. To even think this is accurate…

Management have manipulated the time card so they can get their bonus $$. Narcissistic managers have done that in the past. I hope the attorney general can get the proof and the CEO is aware of it
