Dry the grapes thoroughly with a clean towel. 5. Spread the grapes in a single layer on dehydrator trays. 6. Set your dehydrator to 57°C (135°F). 7. Dry for 24 to 36 hours, or until the grapes are chewy, slightly sticky, and soft. 8. Let cool completely before coating in chocolate. 9. Melt 150 g dark chocolate in a double boiler over low heat, stirring occasionally. 10. Add the raisins and mix until evenly coated. 11. Refrigerate the tray for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate has set. 14.
