@the_jefferymead: Democrats don’t actually benefit from Black Americans doing better. For Black Americans to make serious progress our mentalities as a whole have to change. Less victimhood mentality and more self empowerment through radical personal accountability. If Black Americans did this and became better the whole victimization mentality and blaming everything on racism wouldn’t resonate with black people and dems wouldn’t have the chokehold that they currently have on black people. Black people continuing to struggle is actually the most beneficial for Democrats. Also, don’t forget, incentives shape outcomes.
