@tacticalbelle: One method for breaking out of duct tape. Test it out at home! I’ve done it with gorilla tape, duct tape, zip ties…all kinds of stuff and it’s all over my page. At the end of the day, of course there are ways people can restrain you that you may not be able to escape from depending on your capabilities. This is just one super simple method that works for a lot of things. I have also posted a method for using your shoelaces if your hands are behind your back. The best thing you can do to be prepared for any emergency is to educate yourself on as many methods as possible and PRACTICE. Emergencies are all about out of the box thinking and being able to put your skills into play.
