I think you should wear the first one 146N, because although the second matches your body better, your neck will stay lighter (matching 146N) and it might end up looking a bit uncanny with your face matching your body with a significantly lighter neck, and i don’t think you’ll be putting on foundation on your neck everyday, idk it feels icky to me when i put foundation on my neck ❤️
