@12onyourside: A Chesterfield man wanted in a shooting on East Grace Street in Richmond was arrested in South Carolina over the weekend. Police say Dorian Evans, 34, faces an attempted murder charge in the Thursday shooting that happened near the Republican Party of Virginia headquarters. Evans was arrested earlier in the week following a report of broken windows in a business in the 100 block of East Grace Street.
