The holidays are better when everyone feels included. 🤍🎄 Whether it’s Neighborsgiving or a family gathering, I love making homemade treats that everyone can enjoy. Since there are several people in my life with food allergies and dietary restrictions, I always keep Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour on hand. It’s such an easy swap that lets me make holiday desserts for everyone around the table. ❤️ Chocolate Bundt Cake * 1 cup butter, softened * 1 cup granulated sugar * 1 cup brown sugar * 4 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla * ½ cup hot brewed coffee * 1¾ cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour * ⅔ cup cocoa powder * 1 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp salt * 1 cup sour cream Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. 2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and coffee. 4. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream until just combined. 5. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Chocolate Ganache * 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips * ½ cup heavy cream * 1 tbsp light corn syrup Heat the cream until just simmering. Pour over the chocolate chips and corn syrup. Let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Cool slightly and drizzle over the cooled cake. @Bob’s Red Mill #bobsredmillpartner #neighborsgiving #togetherness #glutenfreedessert
