Open that door give every child in America access to a personal tutor.
Bring Meta, Khan Academy, Apple, Dell, NVIDIA, and Anthropic together with teachers and parents. Put reliable refurbished devices in the hands of children who need them. Include internet access, repairs, and teacher training.
Build an AI tutor that helps children think. It asks questions, gives hints, and guides them through problems. Teachers remain the backbone. They bring judgment, encouragement, and human connection that technology cannot replace.
Use Khanmigo as a starting point. Test what helps children learn, then build on the evidence.
Create a protected learning record that moves with each child from kindergarten to graduation. A new teacher could see their strengths, where they struggle, and which approaches have helped. Families could review it and correct mistakes. Limit access to authorized people. No advertising. No selling children’s information.
When a child starts falling behind, help should come that week, not after a failed semester.
Teach children to use AI wisely. Help them question its answers, check its claims, and develop their own judgment.
This is how you help build future entrepreneurs. Give children the tools to solve problems, explore ideas, and create something useful. Teach them to recognize a need, test a solution, learn from mistakes, and understand the cost. Their ideas could become businesses, inventions, or solutions their communities need.
America should welcome people from around the world who want to learn, build, and contribute through lawful immigration. And we should develop the talent already growing in every community. A child in a rural classroom, a city neighborhood, or an immigrant family deserves the chance to turn an idea into something real.
Welcoming talent and nurturing it at home can serve the same goal: a country where more people have the opportunity to create, contribute, and build a future.
Start with underserved schools. Give teachers, parents, and students a voice in the pilot. Measure learning, teacher workload, privacy, and cost. Share the results. Expand what works.
Every child is one of one.
