Seen her during sleep paralysis twice and in my TV’s for a week, 2 years ago. I smudged and prayed and keep the bible out to psalm 23:4 I will fear no evil and she never came back.

probably unrelated but I had a recurring nightmare of an old witch lady breaking threw my family's living room window, I had this my dream 4-5 times. the last time I had it I threw something through the window and hit her in the face before she could break into the house. I never had the dream again after that.... weird right???

Every sleep paralysis episode I’ve had has been attached to an object in the room, and my dumb self decided to sleep on vintage cots from WW2 😭

My little guy started seeing he called sonic. Soon after I started having some scary sleep paralysis experiences. In all of them I could feel something dark out to get me. In one night it happened 3x in a row to where I was scared to go back to sleep. Anyways my dad came over and got us straightened out. Cleansed the house and put protection at our doors so nothing could come back in.

Everytime I used to have sleep paralysis I always saw a hooded figure on top of me but there was no face. The best way I can describe it is like dementor from Harry Potter. I’m so thankful I haven’t had an episode in 5years.

This happens to me when I was 19 , my sleep paralysis started when I was 15 and finally one night when I mentioned the name of Jesus and Jehova stopped!!
