there is absolutely no such thing as an accident with a firearm. even if 2 kids playing shoot eachother, which adult left a piece and ammo around unsupervised children? if kids ever come around, your firearm should never be anywhere but on your own grown adult body or locked in a case or bag. i promise you'd rather need an extra 15 seconds to access it in an emergency than have a kid able to access it easily any time

I worked at a daycare this happens a lot. I opened a back pack filled with money, liquor and even a knife once. All different children. Secured the items and called the parents. And kept it moving. The guy with the cash paid a reward.
