In general: we need lots of bottles of water, toilet+kitchen roll,wipes, disinfectant wipes,band aids, iodine,clear alcohol,buckets, batteries, flashlights,gas cans,matches,lightters,olive oil,canned food+fruits,nuts,rice, pasta. You can pee in the bottles, and number 2 s in the buckets (with a small bag) and collect all trash in a big bag. I know it sounds funny but using your toilet may kill you.

🇬🇷 Avgolemono | Soups So Good It Can Cure Any Sickness Ep. 14 INGREDIENTS: Greek Avgolemono: - 5-8 chicken thigh bone in, (can also be 1 whole chicken) - Olive oil - 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning - 1 whole onion, diced - 5-10 garlic cloves, minced - 3/4 cup celery, diced - 1 carrot, diced - Chicken broth as needed - ¾ cup orzo pasta - Bay leaves (optional) - Salt and pepper to taste Avgolemono Mixture: - 4 eggs - The juice of 2-3 lemons - lemon zesr - reserved broth from the Avgolemono Soup INSTRUCTIONS: - Start by seasoning your chicken and searing it in a pot with a bit of oil until browned. Once golden, set the chicken aside for later. - In the same pot, sauté your vegetables until fragrant, then add Italian seasoning. add your chicken broth. - Return the chicken to the pot and set it to a gentle simmer for 45 minutes, or until tender. Once done, shred the chicken and add back to the soup. - Add the orzo pasta and let it cook in the broth for 8–10 minutes - Meanwhile, prepare the avgolemono mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and add lemon juice/zest. To temper, pour in a thin stream a bit of hot soup while whisking constantly. This will prevent the eggs from scrambling. - Once tempered, gently stir the avgolemono mixture back into the pot. - Serve your soup hot, garnished with fresh dill/parsley and a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy! #Soups #asmr #ASMRCooking
