She was not only skilled, she was calm considering that she was 20 years old, & knowing that they were going to crash. We all can sit back & say what we'll do in situations until it really happens.

You need to quit talking about the young lady. You have no idea what you would do if you were in her position.

Oh my God, how can you give an opinion on somebody’s final hours on this earth? We don’t know how we’re gonna act in that type of situation. May her soul rest in peace 🙏🙏

She was remarkably composed considering the circumstances. She continued communicating with air traffic control while facing almost certain death. You can hear what sounds like the captain reciting the Lord’s Prayer in the background. It’s only when she realizes the crash is inevitable that the fear becomes unmistakable in her voice. Even the air traffic controller appears to recognize the gravity of the situation when he asks, “What do you need?” and tells her, “I’m here with you. Talk to me.” At that point, they’re no longer simply dealing with an aviation emergency; they’re confronting the very real possibility that these are their final moments. Being a trained pilot doesn’t make someone immune to terror. Suggesting that her entirely human reaction somehow calls her training into question is absurd. You’re sitting comfortably at home judging the composure of a woman who knew she was about to die.

Radar was from the 90’s that was known to giving false readings, so they didn’t know the storm was that strong

She had 1300 flight hours which is over the hours needed, mind you she’s a co-pilot not a captain. There was nothing you could do and she did a great job for someone who was being thrown around a cockpit in a storm at roughly 500 knots and 32k feet per minute with a bank angle of over 60 which the limit of the lear jet 60 is 20 degrees, whilst going straight towards the ground at negative 70 degrees.

Retired pilots are saying they would have been in a panic in that situation. She was only 200 hrs or less of the minimum required for commercial airliners.

The pilot is 55 years old.Plenty experience. You may wanna look at the tower. They did not convey the storm that they were flying into matter fact, you will see a history of the towers. Never, ever assisting a plane to go around see. People think the pilot's radar is working in turnberlit weather. Things stop working in cold temperatures in the air and the tower. Well, they can see it. Why didn't they tell them go left 20000 feet or go right? 20000 feet go around it.\n I would stay clear from a cloud for 20 miles But they never take the time to do it, you see they're overworked, so unless you call, they're not answering, they don't do the extra, the FAA needs, a mandatory personnel who is not overworked and they need to be held accountable. They say it costs too much money. If you can't run the show, take it down, it's not safe. They make a lot of mistakes. All these rules and regulations\n They know it causes it lack of communication. And if you call, they'll say, why are you calling me?Well, I'm in turbulence, people will say, why didn't you look at your radar whoa the temperatures are cold and maybe it's not working. Can you guide me through? You know, do I need to go above?Do I need to go left or right
