There is nothing sketchy about it. Investigators believe the plane lost it's wings and other parts during the turbulence. It explains why it came down like a missile.

In 1997 air Korea flight 801 was flying at less than half the speed and hit the hill at a perpendicular angle it was not on a nose dive. If it had been nose down and at the same speed it would have largely disintegrated on impact.

can we just agree if it was a plane, going that fast, those high g forces 1) the plane would of broke up mid air and 2) if your falling at 30,000 feet per minute at nearly the speed of sound, without a pressurized flight shit you certainly aren't finding the little "push to talk" button on the yoke especially if your in mid cruise your more than likely not wearing your over the shoulder belts
