@austinjamesjackson: There will often be times when you'll need to combine multiple techniques to capture the image you have in mind. In this example, I shot an HDR blend to retain the bright and dark details, then combined it with a focus stack and an additional exposure blend to get the long exposure of the water. This might seem like a lot, but the process is much easier when you break things down into one step at a time!
