In Australia my gran always taught me hydrangeas change colour depending on the acidity of the soil. So interesting temp also plays a factor.

Robbie you can freeze whole tomatoes and rinse them under water the skin will fall off and you can use them in soups or sauces.

you can keep green tomatoes fresher for longer by wrapping each individually in newspaper. then, store them at room temperature. it sounds fake, but it works like a dream.
