Her mother and stepfather confirmed that she was co-piloting the Learjet 60 from Austin to the Bahamas. The plane began having issues when it encountered a strong thunderstorm before it nosedived at over 20,000 feet per minute and crashed in Palm Beach County yesterday, killing all nine aboard.
