Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, a 20-year-old co-pilot from Boca Raton, Florida, was among nine people killed when a Learjet crashed in Palm Beach County on Sunday, November 1. Nathalia fell in love with aviation at an early age. At just 17, she earned her pilot's licence while still in high school, before she even had a driver's licence. Her mother, Camila Corteleti, recalled how much her daughter loved flying and the freedom she felt above the clouds. At only 20, Nathalia had already accumulated more than 1,300 flight hours and was pursuing the career she had dreamed of since childhood. She had so much more life to live, so many dreams left to fulfil, and so many memories yet to make. 💔 Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Nathalia's mother, father, entire family, friends, colleagues, and everyone mourning her heartbreaking loss.
