Are these safe to use in the lower traps and very near the base of neck/upper spine? I heard it was bad to foam roll near c7 and c8 so just curious but have chronic tension and pain in that area my pt basically would do releases pressing with the elbow, I’m so sorry that may not make sense I’m abt to fall asleep
